The Director General of the Grassroots Movement for Tinubu in Ogun State, Rt. Hon. Tola Banjo, has congratulated the Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Solomon Adeola, on his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) consensus governorship candidate for the 2027 election in Ogun State.
In a statement released shortly after the announcement, Banjo described Adeola’s emergence as a reflection of the will of the people and a testament to his political experience, leadership capacity, and grassroots connection across the state.
Banjo also commended the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, for demonstrating statesmanship and aligning with what he termed “the popular choice of the people.”
